Joining the firm in 2011, Kim returned to the area where she has spent a significant portion of her more than 40 years in the investment management business. Before her return, she was a senior vice president and partner at a private investment management firm in Massachusetts for 18 years. Prior to that, she was a member of the Strategy Group at First NH Investment Services and a senior VP and senior investment officer at Amoskeag Bank, where she was responsible for setting the division’s investment policy and strategy and for overseeing the management of $500 million of trust assets. In all capacities, her responsibilities have included security analysis and management of trust, personal, endowment and retirement portfolios. Before joining Amoskeag Bank, Kim was employed as a security analyst at two major firms in Boston.

An honors graduate of Simmons College, where she majored in Management and Finance, Kim also earned her CFA® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society. For many years she was active in Financial Women International, having served as president of her state chapter, as regional education chairman and on their Capital Investment Committee. As a certified seminar leader for the organization, she traveled the country leading seminars in the areas of financial planning, investments, career development and management skills. More recently, Kim has served as a director for the Federation of Children with Special Needs and as a director for Fidelity House Human Services and, with her family, is actively involved with Special Olympics.
